The hotel complex was built in 1997 and completely renovated in 2000. There are a total of 74 apartments spread over a 4 storey building. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe and a café. There is also a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant. Close to the apartments are a good selection of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are just waiting to be discovered. The beach is 1 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. The nearest ski slopes are about 70 km from the hotel.
